You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Participation in NIFT tournaments may require compliance with additional tournament rules, age requirements, and local regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and all activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

Certain NIFT features require an active paid membership.

Current membership is $25 USD per year, automatically renews annually unless canceled, and is managed through Stripe.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

An active membership grants access to member-only features but does not guarantee entry into any tournament or event.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

NIFT does not store your credit card information.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription settings.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

If you cancel your subscription, your membership remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

No refunds or credits are extended to teams that choose not to fish due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Disqualification results in forfeiture of all entry fees and awards.

You agree not to violate any law or regulation, attempt unauthorized access to NIFT systems, reverse engineer or exploit the platform, upload malicious software, harass or impersonate other users, manipulate tournament data or statistics, or attempt to circumvent membership requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including profile information, profile images, and tournament-related submissions.

By submitting content, you grant NIFT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting NIFT.

Future versions of the platform may publicly display information including display name, team information, tournament participation, tournament results, rankings, statistics, and achievements.

Private information such as email addresses and phone numbers will not be publicly displayed.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform at any time.

All NIFT branding, logos, graphics, software, and content are owned by NIFT or licensed for use.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, violate tournament rules, or threaten the integrity of NIFT.

Users may request deletion of their accounts by following the instructions on the Account Deletion page.

The NIFT website and mobile application are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIFT disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
