When you create a NIFT account, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, optional profile photo, optional biography, optional home city, and optional home state.

We also collect information related to your NIFT membership, including membership status, membership renewal dates, account creation date, and subscription information.

We do not store your password in our own database. Authentication is securely managed through our authentication provider.

If you choose to sign in using Google or Facebook, we may receive information from those providers such as your name, email address, and profile picture if permitted.

We only request the permissions necessary to authenticate your account and improve your NIFT experience.

Membership payments are securely processed by Stripe.

NIFT does not store your credit card number or payment details.

Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

We use your information to create and manage your account, verify your email address, process membership payments, maintain your active membership, communicate with you regarding tournaments and your account, respond to customer support requests, improve the NIFT website and mobile application, and protect against fraud and abuse.

Your phone number is collected only for NIFT administrative purposes.

Your phone number will not be displayed publicly and will only be used to contact you regarding your membership, tournaments, or important account-related matters.

As the NIFT platform expands, certain tournament-related information may become publicly visible, including display name, team information, tournament results, rankings, statistics, and achievements.

Private account information such as your email address and phone number will never be publicly displayed.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate NIFT, including authentication providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and email delivery services.

These providers may process information solely for providing services on our behalf.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

These include encrypted connections, secure authentication, access controls, database security, and industry-standard security practices.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may update much of your account information through your NIFT profile.

You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Certain records, including payment records and tournament records, may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

NIFT is not directed toward children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised policy on this page.
